We have tried this restaurant to make use of the checks from Shell withe the family. The location is nice, close to the lake, the terrace is spacious and with a pleasant view. The menu is offers finally different dishes from the ones normally offered in most of restaurants in the area. The quality of the presentation and the in general of the dishes we tried is on good level. The service was not on the level we expect from a 4 star hotel restaurant. We ordered the main dishes @ 20:00 and in reasonable time we got the starters. After 1 hour the waitress approached us to ask if we wanted to order a coffee or dessert. We made clear we still were waiting for what was ordered 1h 20m before. We were still kind and asked to clean the table from bird excrement "released" few minutes before. No excuses she just disappeared. She didn't came to clean also. After 20min I claimed again and then finally @ 21:40 we could have our course. 10 minutes later I asked to pay and they wanted to charge also something ordered but never served. No excuses, I paid and left. I'll never return either with the friends/family or with customers or colleagues. What is pity is that the kitchen is quite good.
