The authentic dishes leave an unbelievable and unbeatable dining experience there, the taste and spice surprises were due to a new way of ingredients sourcing and the way it was cooked! It is a tasting adventure and thanks for the good guidance and the background of each dish!

we had the tasting menu, very tasty throughout. exceptional lamb dish! a couple of the courses lack the punch that would take it higher than 1 michelin star, but the lamb could be a 3 star course, there is a lot to like here for the price . recommended.

To be perfectly honest: I found the signature dish (cauliflower with vanilla) to be rather boring. Also, the main dish was relatively bland. The dessert and the opener were very tasty. The service felt a little bit rushed but the somelier was very sympathic.

Food was pure craftmenship and culinaric intelligence. French harmony of mostly traditional combinations, great product quality. A less intellectual lunch menu, but still impressive menu. Many close-your-eyes moments worth remembering. Signature cauliflower-tahitian vanilla was impressive in its reductionist and honest expression and clarity of composition. Welcoming service, i felt comfortable even alone. Relaxed atmosphere, people were talking and laughing just like in a Brasserie., what I really liked. The staff really knew how to balance the respect of privacy and paying attention to me. One critique: the waiter didn't stop to refill my glass of water, even after one bottle was emptied (for 1 person!). Great pastry, including petit four, amazing bakery (brioche and sourdough bread)

I had the pleasure of dining here for lunch and was impressed not only with the food presentation and preparation but also with the stellar service I received. For lunch I decided to take the a la carte approach in order to construct a three course lunch. The "Salade de Jardin de M. Yamashita" was exceptional and served as a perfect first course. The "Lotte Rotie" and "Fraicheur de Framboises" were perfect for a second and third course. Impeccably prepared, flavored, and presented food. The wine pairing, suggested by a member of the restaurant, perfectly complimented the Lottie Rotie. I will absolutely have to revisit for a dinner seating.
