Flor-de-Lis é o restaurante principal do EPIC SANA Lisboa e oferece a gastronomia mais refinada, nacional e internacional, com a assinatura do Chef Patrick Lefeuvre. Decorado em tons de bege e enferrujado, o Flor-de-Lis é um espaço projetado para proporcionar um ambiente confortável e sofisticado em todos os momentos do dia.

A comida servida é exclusiva e especialmente preparada pelo Chef, utilizando sempre os ingredientes mais frescos, adaptados à oferta sazonal. Todos os dias é servido um pequeno almoço com uma ampla variedade de produtos e que prepara o corpo para um dia de trabalho ou a conhecer a cidade.

Aos domingos o brunch é a estrela principal que começa a ser servido às 12h30. Do menu deste brunch fazem parte pratos quentes e frios, salada, sushi, pastelaria e sobremesas. Para as crianças estarem entretidas enquanto a família desfruta das iguarias gastronómicas, há jogos e atividades manuais, sempre acompanhadas por duas animadoras.

Disponível também uma seleção criteriosa de vinhos verdes e maduros nacionais e estrangeiros, além de uma seleção de espumantes portugueses e requintados champanhes.

The postiif : Great service , great food and decorations.
The negatif : The geographic situation of the hotel ( the fast road ) and the bad vue ( really bad).

A very disappointing experience. One of our main dishes (grilled sole) was completely spoiled, tasting like cleaning fluid. In the end, we did not have to pay for it, but my wife's appetite was gone.
Also, we were seated next to two large groups, while the rest of the restaurant was empty. The noise level was very high.

We had the tasting menu here which was fantastic and very good value. Sirloin steak with lobster tail was a particular favourite. We couldn't fault the service from wine recommendations to the bread selection. It is really disappointing that such an amazing restaurant is so quiet just because it is on hotel.

Used this restaurant for a business breakfast and the service and food were excelent,
The setting was casual with a mix of a busy/relaxed atmosphere.
My guests said we should stay for the rest of the day,
