The kitchen and the chef must improve themselves a lot. The meny is not so bad, but what comes out of the kitchen is really disapointed .
And the presentation on the plat was no good either.

This was a lovely restaurant, the food was delicious, and though it was expensive, it was for a special occasion, so we didn't mind too much. However, although my choice was excellent, and the staff were delightful about it, there could have been more vegetarian options available.

This restaurant itself is set in a charming old building. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. Our entrees were tasteless. The turbot was overcooked and our Oxtail was devoid of any flavor. It's a shame that this otherwise beautiful restaurant missed on all other criteria.

Truly unforgettable! All dishes were prepared in a unique and creative way. There were a lot of details in every plate but they tasted wonderful when combined. The scallops were fresh, sweet and soft. Our main meals were well cooked. The glazed turbot was sophistacted and had enough serving of that special truffle shavings on top. The veal tenderloin was heavenly! It was very tasty and so tender it melts in your mouth. Freshly baked bread was crunchy and had a nice rich dough and the subtle olive oil dip was a very good match. The orange blossom creme brulee was baked well and didn’t collapse. The caramelised coating on the fruit was excellent. It was so beautiful and very enjoyable to eat. The Spanish red and white wine we had were excellent. They had lots of notes and the Orube red wine smelled gorgeous too! We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at Fondillon and everyone from the restaurant made it special for us. The ambiance was very relaxing.

It wasn’t expensive. But cherry tomatoes in a warm soup with globules of olive oil, touron ice cream and crusty bread was just weird. Hiding thickly sliced ‘carpaccio ‘ of scallops by a load of salad leaves didn’t work.
Main course of prawn rice was ok. Good local white wine too.
Maybe Monday nights are the Head Chef’s night off?
