Fondue Factory

a very good Chinese hot pot restaurant where you don't listen to Chinese pop songs rather than French chansons. We've tried Chongqing spicy soup base, Japanese soup base and Thai yellow curry soup base (very lemony this one!), and they were all very good!

Having not had this type of meal before, I was delightfully surprised I enjoyed the flavours and the freshness.

The food was good and interesting, but unless you are eating a large amount, a bit expensive. Very tight fit in the restaurant, and quite hot on the 1st floor with barely any ventilation.

Food was nice, broth very good and everything fresh.. only thing I would say, I wasn’t keen on everything we ordered being in one big bowl but I know this is because of lack of space.. also at the dipping sauce section they should label what each sauce is because it can be hard to know what your taking..

The food is good but the restaurant needs some lightings on their signage, so the customers can find them easily.

Great food, great ambiance, quite authentic. Only downside was that we had a table of 6 and whatever we ordered, we were only given enough food for probably 3 people. It wasn’t enough. We ordered a lot of vegetables and it arrived in one small bowl. No matter the quantity we ordered, it always arrived as the same amount. Many of the things we ordered never arrived either. It would have been much better if there was more food spread evenly on the table for us to share. In the end we complained and were given another round. Great meal overall
