With a focus on fresh, locally farmed produce, this Byron Bay beauty showcases Northern River’s local produce with passion. Everything here is lovingly planned and prepared under the guidance of Head Chef Gavin Hughes who has been at Byron since its opening. The food is light Mediterranean style and the menu changes each season to reflect the diverse regional offerings. It’s a true paddock to plate approach. But it’s not all about the produce and the food. The stunning open plan dining areas take advantage of the gorgeous rainforest, making you feel at one with nature while you dine.
