I booked my trip to this lovely seaside town just to eat at Forma. It was amazing!!! I knew I was in for a treat the minute I sat. The unique use of a bolt to hold the silver off the table made a great first impression. Then the menu... First two amuse-bouse arrived. I chose the Sea Egg and Pork Belly (my favorite). The flavors were incredible. The presentation is fantastic! It's definitely a winner!

Forma was recommended to me by the people at my favorite restaurant in Civitavecchia and they didn’t steer me wrong. Excellent food (I’m still dreaming about the beef tartare) and great service.

En restaurant meget god atmosfære . Greie priser med meget god service. Vi beilte menyen med 8 retter. Flotte smaker , delikat anrettet. Vi bestilte også vinmeny , men ble negativt overrasket over at den kun besto av hvitviner.

Food was nicely innovative interpreting Italian classics in new way. For my taste there could be more acidic elements that would fresh up the flavors (like lemon in vitello tonnata. Biggest problem for me was the pasta dishes- and same time those were the most innovative. Example in my sea urchin pasta were no single piece of sea urchin but only sauce that tasted heavily to sea urchin. That is nice idea but doesn’t really work for whole primi piatti.

This restaurant is amazing. It serves Italian food with a modern twist and everything we had was superb. You have to pre book as it gets very busy with local trendy Italians. They have an excellent wine list too which were reasonably priced for the standard of the restaurant. Truly an amazing find.
