9/10Service in Fortaleza is exceptional. Staff are attentive, actively seek feedback and go the extra mile. The restaurant is situated in a unique castle type building on the Apulia promenade with beautiful views down the coast, Fortaleza 1000 is a great place for lunch or dinner. The menu is diverse and includes Asian and local specialities and offers choice for all members of the family. Good job

4/10The servers said "they don't know wine". It's a fancy restaurant, it should be part of their training. The music was from a radio station, and not a very calming and pleasant at that.

2/10We booked for Valentine’s Day, unfortunately they are not always open this time of year and you have to take this into account why it was so bad. But the food was terrible and basic, the atmosphere was cold and quiet and the service was slow and not very attentive.

9.5/10Reached the restaurant 30 minutes before closing, but the staff were very helpful and served me. Enjoyed a superb and quality entrecote with fresh vegetables and quite unique fries. Highly recommended restaurant. Friendly and professional service.
