6/10Busy due to awards event in town. Item missing from my order, mentioned it to my waiter and still I was charged on my bill. Fillet good, frits not so good. Would not be my 1st choice to dine while in Cannes

7.5/10The welcoming staff was subpar, the dining room was cold and drafty, with staff unwilling to address the issue until several customers complained. Additionally, there were very noisy patrons who could not care less about the rest of the dining patrons, a situation that dampened the birthday occasion.

6/10We were warmly welcomed and seated at a good table. When our waiter took our drinks order, he forgot our water and took an eternity to take our food order. When we finished, our empty plates were in front of us for about 30 minutes. The restaurant was not full, but our waiter rushed away to take care of other tables. He asked about dessert, we ordered, it arrived, and when we were done, we asked for the bill. Another 30+ minutes. I placed my black credit card and put it on the white tablecloth. The waiter saw it, made eye contact with me, and ignored it. I flagged the busser, a young woman, and asked for our payment to be taken. Someone came and finally enquired about service. I told him it was lacking grace and was execrable. We paid and left. Will not return. Ever.

6.5/10Good food but nothing innovative or different. Portions were very small. I ordered lamb chops and got 3 little ones... The menu was double priced because of being dinner. It was extremely over priced for the kind of food we got.

3.5/10A complete disaster - - it turned out to be a lamentable buffet for 95 Euros pp. There were only two miserable offerings for main courses. Never to return!

4.5/10The waitress confirmed my order, but then forgot to put my complete order into the kitchen. I ended up only eating an appetizer, and they brought my husband’s main out as an appetizer. We also ordered a second glass of Sancerre, but they gave us a glass of Chablis (there is a noticeable difference between color and taste!). We were polite about the errors (we live here), however we were met with such attitude and treated like tourists. It was my husband’s birthday but we didn’t want to stay there any longer so we left and came home to continue celebrating.

8/10Service was notably poor across 2 visits: (for such a luxury brand as Fouquet's, somebody is not training/managing the service staff at a global service lelel) At lunch, service was inattentive and forgetful, despite being polite. At dinner, server was rude and indignant. Food was excellent, as was the ambiance.

5/10Loud and terrible music from a local band. We ordered two aperitiff and one of those came at least 15 Minutes after the other. The Main courses were served but the bottle of red wine they totally forfot until we approached the waiter. The wine was delivered after 20 minutes - when we almost finished the eating and the food got cold .
