Un grande chef di fama internazionale come Bruno Barbieri ha scelto la sua città e questo luogo appena fuori dal centro in direzione degli Appennini per aprire il suo locale. Un concept nuovo in città, ampio spazio alla lounge e arredamento moderno e raffinato. Grande bancone dove sostare dall’aperitivo al dopocena per assaggiare i cocktail preparati dalla bar tender Francesca Lolli e accompagnati da finger sfiziosi come il burger al fois gras.
Cucina affidata all’executive chef Erik Lavacchielli improntata sulla tradizione e il territorio tradotti in alta cucina ma sempre fedeli alla qualità dell’ingrediente e al rispetto della sua integrità. I tortellini in brodo costanti in menù come la coppa Macchiavelli, i must di Barbieri. Alla sommelier Lisa Foletti la scelta mai scontata dei vini.

What an amazing experience! Whether it was the main course or the dessert, each bite was an explosion of flavours in our mouths. Will definitely come back.
Beautiful place, good service but most of the food was tasteless! We had great expectations but unfortunately we were disappointed! I wouldn’t recommend it! So sorry!
Really disappointed, service unfriendly except the somellier who recommended some nice wine. Asked for aubergine dish without the scallops at first received an empty dish they thought I didn’t want anything, I then explained I didn’t eat shellfish and just wanted the aubergine as a main dish without scallops , they returned after everyone had finished with aubergine and scallops which I couldn’t eat. They removed a small amount from the bill but charged 14 euros for bread which we questioned and was subsequently removed. Not a place we would ever return to cold atmosphere. ,to would not recommend.
