Overall experience was OK. The food was very good but the service was below average. Waited 15 minutes to order, 20 minutes for water after that and then our food came before our drinks.
The ambiance and view were incredible! However, the menu was very limited. The advertised menu online was not the menu that was available in the restaurant. There were only about 3 appetizers, 3 salads, and 3 entrees to choose from versus the 30+ options online. The guacamole appetizer came with chips that were mostly broken crumbs. The main course of the chicken was extremely dry and overcooked. Overall, I paid for the view.
Just awful. Hotel breakfast room feeling. No atmosphere. Order via qr code. Menu on internet showed about 25 dishes but only 6 were available at the time...and as eveming went on less and less.. california roll without crab!!! And very cold. It was clear everything was premafe and put in the fridge and brought out when ordered. Only good thing was view... suggestion go for a drink take a picture and go eat elsewhere. Not worth Paris or Californua kitchen.
With a friend we booked a table on the terrasse for lunch. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty and we were placed not on terrasse but in the main room. We were told that we had to reserve the terrasse in advance (funny, this is what we did, right?? And the guy who checked our reservation had it on the screen). They had no "reserved" cards on the tables. When we left the restaurant 2h after there were still places on terrasse. And during our meal one couple sitting close to us moved to terasse without any problem. The food was ok, 18 euros for a menu, portions were big. To sum up: if you want a cheap meal with a Eiffel tower photo, it is a good place. If you want a good service and be sure to have a table at terasse - then search for another restaurant. Personal me, i didnt like the way they treat the customers.
With my experience in Paris I’ve come across the worst of the worst when you’re incapable of speaking French. But at The Frame our waiter was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and most importantly kept a smile throughout it all. The food was cooked the way it should be and served even better. 5 starts all the way
What a lovely reception we received from the staff and the service offered by our waiter (Numa) was beyond perfect. What a lovely gentleman. The food was excellent. We’ll definitely coming back.
The food was fantastic, really like the way it was prepared and served for 2 in a romantic atmosphere. The bottle of wine we had was very nice. Great Restaurant would highly recommend.
Mine and my girlfriends last night in Paris and we chose this restaurants and it was 10/10 pick. The food itself was amazing as well as the cocktails. The staff was so polite and friendly and to top it all of, the view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible. Definitely made the night. Will be visiting again.
Frame is all right, but not a very special place. It is not the dynamic and hip spot I hoped to find. The food is not special, with overrated prices. The staff is trying, friendly and helpfull but I missed a warm atmosphere.
Lovely location, friendly staff and delightful food. Would definitely recommend if you’re visiting the Eiffel Tower, only a few minute walk from the tower.
Chicken was raw and pink inside the sandwich. The price for the dishes was not the value of the dish. Couldn’t even see the view is the tower from inside.
Great.view.... that’s it
Overly priced with extremely limited menu list. In any review it was never mentioned that this restaurant is actually part of a hotel. We all know that hotel restaurants are not the best but this beats them. The only good thing was the service provided by one of the waiters who happened to be an Italian. Would not recommend it unless you just came off a hunger strike and any food will do to fill up your empty stomach!
It’s really nice with the view of Tour Eiffel. The brunch menu is 30 including breads and plat and dessert and hot drink and pressed juice. The poke bowl is surprisingly good!
It was mine and my boyfriends birthday. We felt very disappointed when we left. His side dish never came. The pork was just a slab of pork on a plate. The burger bread was very dry. No-one came to offer us more wine and we had to chase for the bill. Definitely felt like the buffet section of an average hotel. Such a shame.
Chef Andrew is the BOMB.COM... excellent food. Only wish we could come back more often. Thanks Andrew!
The food was ok but not worth the price. While expected tourist pricing close to the Eiffel Tower, I also expected good food based upon the google reviews. It was disappointing.
Food is quite good but service is very very slow..we waited one hour to get starter and another 40mins to have our mains
We sat down and it took over 20 minutes for a waiter to come assist us . This was only after asking the hostess while she was seating someone for assistance. We ordered tuna tartare appetizer and it came out fully cooked. For an entree we ordered the duck and it was way overcooked not at all tender like the menu described. Then when j booked through the fork I was told I would get 30 percent off of my a la carte menu order which I did not . The atmosphere lacked any feeling of warmth and the entire experience was very cold and horrible.
Just had a the main course and still took hour and a half. Food was ok

"IN THE SHADOW OF THE EIFFEL TOWER - Forgive us Eiffel Tower... Because we are here in a temple of Californian cuisine right in Paris. The decor of Frame (a contraction of France and America) was designed by Christophe Pillet, we ask for a little forgiveness for it being so little!
TO CHILL, LONG LIVE CALIFORNIA - the brasserie Frame explores all the flavors of Californian cuisine to the sounds of a DJ on Thursday and Friday nights. Chef Andrew Wigger knows a range of them: velouté of corn with ginger or foie gras with figs, ceviche of cod with Tequila, or FR/AME Surf and Turf, steak slices marinated in whisky and roasted lobster tail.
AVANT-GARDE WINE BAR - In self service, taste a few wines without having a bottle opened: Californian wines of course, but also some from Chile, Argentina, etc."
