6.5/10The service was extremely slow and inattentive, particularly for drinks and ordering, though the food was served in perfectly good time. The pizza were tasty and good value for money.

10/10The food was great and the service friendly. It transpired the Fork discount I thought was valid had actually ended, however, as we'd had a very long wait for the bill, due to printer problems, they generously took off the cost of the drinks and 20% off the food.

10/10Great service, friendly staff, the Bruschetta starter, was divine. The sourdough pizza made freshly right in front of you, wow, I can safely say that the best pizza I have ever eaten. Generous ice cream for desert. 1st time in a Franco Manca restaurant, Luckily I have found one nearer my home, and plan to visit it in the very near future.

8.5/10Unfortunately the waiter serving our table was confused about the discount through Fork, even after giving him the reservation number. He seemed not to believe us. After a long time, he went away and asked someone. He returned with a new receipt with the discount applied, and no apology. Very embarrassing for us and our teenage granddaughters who we had taken.

7/10I should have looked at the menu before booking as my husband doesn't like cheese, so would not eat pizza, I thought there might have been a pasta dish on the menu, there wasn't. He had a cold meat platter. The pizza was okay, I've had better. I found the restaurants tables and chairs a little too close to each other, I felt hemmed in. It was very noisy. The service was good though. Nice people there.

10/10We turned up at 18.45 which was intended - it seems I had mistakenly booked for 17.45. The staff were brilliant and able to accommodate us despite the mix up, very many thanks.
