4.5/10We had a lovely experience, until we found a hair in 1 of the dishes. We told nicely and discretely to the waiter, who took the plate to the kitchen. 10 minutes later, the chef brings a new plate, and he insisted no people with long hair in the kitchen, being sure it is not their fault, and in fact he discretely acused us for it. (although we never accused anyone). It was very dissapointing and embarrasing. On our wait out, we could see clearly people cooking in the kitchen with decent long hair, at least 10cm. Never again.

4/10The quality of the food was poor, over sauced, conflicting flavours and in some cases just really badly cooked. I cannot believe this place has a Michelin star, it makes me seriously doubt the Michelin rating system which up to now has never failed me when booking a meal upon their recommendation.

10/10FG Food Labs has a lovely, casual ambience, and what a surprise to be welcomed by the chef himself! The Aruban influences were unique and fun to discover - the non-alcoholic drink pairing was delicious & varied. All in all, great food in a relaxed atmosphere - just what we had sought that night.

10/10We had a lovely 3-course menu lunch. The food was excellent from presentation to quality and creativity that went along with it, the wine pairing was also very good. We will definitely return.

8.5/10I made a mistake, decided that 3 course restaurant menu would not be enough for me and started with dim sum. They were quite ordinary while the chef lunch menu was really delicious. Will take only this one next time.

9.5/10Stunning food. A place to go for an experience as much as a meal. We had a seven course Christmas dinner and every course was delicious. Don’t go if you are in rush, don’t go if you can’t afford a blow-out. Do go if you really enjoy very good, creative food and can give 3 or so hours indulging.

10/10The food was both aesthetically and visually stunning and the mood within the restaurant matched this. The staff were very friendly and were able to explain all of the dishes to us in English, as well as Dutch. This might be a relatively expensive restaurant but you get what you pay for and more.
