10/10What a wonderful little cafe/restaurant we stumbled across in our never-ending search to find tasty, affordable food in Amsterdam! Frenzi has a smallish menu, but everything we've tried has been delicious--so good the first night (black truffle pizza with a mellow Montepulciano) that we ate dinner there again the next night, making a reservation to make sure we didn't miss out on the special of the week, veal saltimbocca. Elizabeth, our server both nights, was extraordinary--great sense of humor and so attentive. She was also helpful with answering questions we had about A'dam. Frenzi is popular for its outdoor seating, most of it along a major canal, and for its intimate indoor dining space. Be sure to make a reservation after 6:00 though, especially if it's going to rain; it's popular!

10/10This is a lovely little restaurant serving up great Italian food. Great atmosphere and we had a very nice and sociable waitress helping us. The location is good too in central Amsterdam and we would certainly go back there again. 👍👍

6/10The overall ratings could be better if we were not feeling weird after eating there. Not one time but two times. It has good selection of tab beers, interesting menu, and tasty food. But I guess after having upset stomach twice I don't think I will come back again.

10/10Nice little restaurant serving very good Italian food. Between the four of us, no one was disappointed with any of the 6 different dishes we ordered. Lamb chop and carpaccio in particular very good, as was the apple cake!

6/10The bruschetta had carrots in it. we stopped at the appetizers. it is next to a canal, but seating is across the street/sidewalk from the canal. Service was very nice.

10/10Despite it being extremely busy with opera visitors, the service was impeccable and the food well-timed. We go here for an impromptu lunch sometimes, nice spot with great views.

9.5/10Cosy and down-to-earth kind of place very close to the National Opera house. We had risotto and pappardelle, and it was probably the most tasty versions we tried, from the Italian kitchen. We told the waiter we were going to the ballet, so we were in and out in one hour, without rush.

10/10Our flight had been delayed and we were late for our booking, we thought maybe we would lose our table, but staff were very kind and welcoming. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great and the food delicious. After a very stressful journey our visit to Frenzi was an excellent start to our stay in Amsterdam.
