Great creative food and superb service.
We enjoyed both fish and meat and ended up with a superb dessert.
Spanish food has a lot of oil and fat but this is Spain.

Was a mistake to take a settled menu for our group. Must be much better to choose your self. Ofcourse price was lower and food was worth the price. Thank you for a good service.

Found through the Fork and with 40% last minute discount, we decided to try it. (We don't usually care about discounts). This was a long weekend in Madrid and so the place was relatively quiet.I was taken aback by the "photos" of the food in our menu (made me think of a much lower quality restaurant). As the menu was in 4 or 5 languages I felt it may be bit of a tourist trap. The "first plate" was simple, ample and good. The main plate - was mixed.I had the sole/salmon/ham with Artichoke and I would say it was more style over taste. My son had the Wegyu beef which he said was very good. The wine was okay but nothing spectacular. However, and this is a big however. The desserts (which were the least expensive thing on the menu) were EXQUISITE.Hats off to the patissier!I would perhaps try this place again if I were taking business associates to lunch and when the main chef was sure to be cooking. One other thing, the lighting was ridiculously bright. It distracted from the meal. 40% off and we spent 90€ for 2.
