The food is exceptional. The best dumplings in town. Since the restaurant is all open, it can get a bit noisy if there were kids present. The service is very fast and efficient, yet can be a bit friendlier.

Full Moon City is just a great Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and the personnel are busy but very friendly. The prices are also very reasonable! Perfect place for a large group.

Food was good, quite quiet yesterday which was unexpected. To improve, perhaps can increase the options for pastries. Would love to have ma lai go, wu tou go and so on.

This is the only place I eat dim sum in the Netherlands. I live in Amsterdam and travel to Full Moon City once a month. Coming from Hong Kong, the food here is wonderful. I am vegan and I have vegan options for at least a party of four.

Thank you so much for your kind review! It's heartwarming to hear that you come all the way from Amsterdam to visit our restaurant. we hope to welcome you soon again.

I came with a friend who is a pesca-tarian and had a great meal with a lot of variety & texture. Service could be a bit more friendly, but they are very efficient and quick.

Very disappointing Char Siew Cheong Fun. Why would you add corn inside? To save cost? It really destroy the real taste of the char Siew. Har Gow was over steamed. Rest of the food are ok. Overall fresh and not Oily. Hope they improve on the Char Siew Cheong Fun.
Restaurant

Dear Karin,

I am sorry to hear that you were disappinted at our steamed char siu cheung fan. From your review, I understand that you're not used to having corn added to the char siu cheung. You can tell our waiter to tell our chef to leave out the corn next time he/she prepares it. I can assure you that it is definitely not a cost cutting measure as you suggested it, as it doesn't really reduce the cost of ingredients nor does it comply to our vision to serve authentic and good food.

We always enjoy eating Chinese food and Full Moon City is one of our favourite Chinese restaurants. My family has been going there for ages even before there has been a change of ownership. Food is delicious. Service is good.

Food was average, was disapointed with the dimsum, it tasted to much like processed meats instead of fresh meat. The fried stuff was ok. The service was typical chineese, they swiped stuff from the table and did not ask how you are enjoying the meal, not much interaction and feeling of welcome. Decor was typical chineese.

Wat jammer om te horen dat het niet naar wens was. We willen zeker uw feedback doorgeven aan onze manager en chef kok.

We can never expect to get the same quality of Dim Sum as you would in Asia .. however.. there should still be quality. I ordered a side of mixed meat - roast cha sieu and roast duck, in addition to the few servings of dim sum. The colour and taste of the roasted cha sieu was " off" - i had one bite and I couldn't eat it anymore. It was like old meat that got microwaved and served on a plate. I looked to the next table who ordered cha sieu too and theirs looked fresh. I plucked up the courage to ask the waitress if the meat was old and microwaved .. she didn't deny it and took it away to replace it with a fresh serving. This was appreciated however you should not dish up old food like that when it looked so obvious.
Restaurant
Dear wmpfan, I am sorry to hear that our food didn't meet your expectations. I find it strange that "old" BBQ pork was served, as all our HK BBQ meat is grilled fresh every single day. I am glad to hear that our waiter solved the problem for you. We will inform our head chef and our manager about this issue. Thank you for leaving your feedback here.
