The restaurant was empty when we arrived, and I could understand why by the time we left... the food was simply not tasty nor interesting ( the Canaloni was hard and dry, The meat and cheeses plate incloded small portion of one type of meat and 2 sticks of cheese lollipops. etc) also, the stuff were nice but not trained... The food arrived before the plates and silverware. Very disappointing!

Thanks for your review. I want to clarify that you came to dinner very early and you know very well that the habits of us Italians are very different from yours. Furthermore, you sat at the olive table and we set the table on that table at the right moment to enjoy the uniqueness and beauty of the olive wood. A platter of homemade capocollo was served with 12 slices and two pieces of battered caciocallo as we have been doing for 4 years now. As well as the cured meats, the chef makes them (Home Made) as well as the focaccia and the bread. in conclusion, if you do not appreciate all this quality, you from Puglia have not understood the right holiday spirit. In any case, I wish you a pleasant stay, perhaps at the McDonald's as you are used to.

Food was fanstastic. The veal was so tender and the scorpion fish pasta sauce was terrific. The wine pairing with primitivo worked magic. Great chef, great staff great experience!

Abbiamo scelto il menu degustazione pesce. Ci è piaciuto tutto: dagli antipasti al dessert, compreso lo sconto del 50%! Lo consigliamo vivamente. Carino l’ambiente interno (quello esterno potrebbe essere migliorato).

This retaurant was a good find. very wecolming team, attention to details, good atmosphere. food was outstanding, and you did not have to wait for ages to be served. fantsatic. i warmly recommend

This was an amazing restaurant.the presentation and tastes are delightful. They do an interesting take on some basics that are well worth ordering. This is a must if you are in the area!

We were in the area for 4 nights and came to this restaurant twice! The food was spectacular. We tried a few pasta, main dishes on and off menu and they were all delicious. The service was great too. Highly recommended!

We were staying in Fasano for one week on holiday. Tried to book a table at another restaurant that was recommended to us but was not available until the following week. Fiori menu was highly rated but many reservation times were available for the following day. We booked. It was nothing short of outstanding. I had the specials of the evening and my wife had two wonderful choices from the menu…presentation was outstanding.

On arrival they didn’t appear to have our reservation, but this was quickly sorted! Lovely interior with super modern decor. Excellent service with great tasty food. Would highly recommend.
