Service was incredible from the moment we stepped in. We were greeted by the chef himself who brought us the first amuse-bouche before we even sat down. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made it a very special night for us! Food was incredible, left us wanting more of each bite. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Mallorca!

Superb night at fusion. What an experience! Everything about the night was perfect- beautiful food coupled with wine pairing. Staff are so informative and friendly- treat yourselves to this fantastic journey. They even surprised us with a celebration cake for out runs anniversary. Top class

Attentive service from first entering the restaurant to us leaving. The taste quality of each dish was matched by the theatre of the presentation. The tasting menu was much more than a meal it was a fabulous experience.
