I am not a first-time customer of Fusion n' Rolls Sushi, but this is the first time that I have ever had disappointing experience with this restaurant. I booked a place for dinner at 7pm on 10 July 2019, and I still remembered vividly the last time I dined there it was so cool thanks to the air-conditional therefore I intended to dine in and would stay long to enjoy my dinner. But it was not the case this time, there was no air-con and it was around 29-30°C inside. I requested the waitress to turn on the air-con, as I could not stand the heat when I was now heavily pregnant. She gave a lame excuse that she did not feel hot, and did not turn on the air-con. I could only bear 2 pieces of sashimi sushi then finally I decided to take away since I could not breathe nor swallow the food in the heat, I explained to her. She then turned off her (fake) smile while preparing the box for me, but gave me no chopsticks, no soya source and no paper bag to carry the food (just purely a box - but I was fine with it, anyway I had chopsticks and soya sauce at home so I did not bother asking her). She hadn't even gaven me the ginger and washabi until I asked. The manager (or owner) guy seems to be more reasonable and more warming, but I swear the waitress never smiled at me again or greeted me goodbye or "bonne soirée". And because of all of this incident, this time I did not feel the food taste as good as usual :(

It's been a long time I wanted to come to this resto and I am not dissapointed. We took rolls (Salmon roll and Green Dragon roll), they were big and very tasty. I advise to start your order only with one roll, because they are served by 10 pieces and are really big. Mochi were delicious too. I highly recommend this place.

Les rolls proposés dans ce restaurant sont innovants et vraiment bons. Beaucoup de variantes proposées, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Salle assez petite, qui peut être un peu bruyante quand elle est pleine. Je recommande bien sûr!
