5/10What seemed to be the manager was the one who served us and was extremely loud , had a boss wanna be attitude, unpleasant, inappropriate and rude to say the least. Not returning there just because of him which is a great waste. The food was good and the environment also, but the service does not match the price, I’d rather go to other expensive restaurants and be treated as i should.

10/10Well we were trying to think of comparable options on the south side of Lisbon and its pretty difficult! Chef Airosa is a achieving a slam-dunk on so many of the plates that we saw come to our table, and the mouth seems to say Yes! as he manages to get things right. The pleasant, secluded, nicely-lighted ambient above Flavour, the coffee-bar-restaurant which in itself is a pretty unique gathering space in the region, provides the appropriate feeling of one being able to have a special moment. Suggestion for the starters is to try get a selection and share, because these are small exquisite hits that fascinate. Main courses were all stimulating and satisfying. Desserts will also not disappoint - with nothing normal - all with the twist that we could see makes Fusion's menu so interesting. Either creating novelties, or taking well-known dishes and then extending them with an inspired iteration, through innovations that take them not into the strange, but rather into the sublime.

6.5/10We had the feeling concept was not matching. The Fusion tries to be fancy. The restaurant entrance leads bit confusing through a bar named differently. The bar man recognized us searching and helped find us the way for our table where a waiter took over. The tables are all set like in an upscale restaurant located in a winter garden. The surrounding windows in three directions were incredibly dirty which was not correlating with the clean and lean perception the Fusion wants to suggest. Ambience: 5/10 The menu is not huge but sufficient. It tries to bring together traditional Portuguese dishes with Asian nuances (often more than a nuance) which works and also can fail: - the fried prawns tasted very fishy and made the impression they were not super fresh: 3/10 - the arroz de polvo (octopus) was far from extraordinary and there was only a tiny quantity of octopus: 4/10 - the beef tartar was good: 8/10 - the salmon was good, the vegetables had a bit too much soja sauce: 8/10

8.5/10This is the second time I go to this restaurant and the experience was fine again. The only problem this time was the temperature inside (too cold). But the staff was very friendly and moved us to another table.
