Pre-concert dinner. Restaurant was completely overwhelmed that there would be many guests on a Saturday evening in Prime Time. Majority of waiters completely disorganized; nobody took care of arriving guests (with reservations). Food a complete disaster - Guinea fowl cooked dry like a toast; risotto warmed in microwave with fish topping that was uneatable, bread from Day before… A pity, given this is a nice location next to Munich‘s concert hall. Pizza did look better, but we didn’t try it.

The service was just great & kind, the beef tartar was amazing but as the restaurant got full the food quality went a bit down. Expected a bit more when it comes to chocolate cheesecake serving - the plate topped with cocoa seemed like nobody had time to prepare a nice desert. Thank you! Had a wonderful time before going to Isarphilharmonie :))

A lovely little restaurant with very polite staff. Unfortunately the service was rather chaotic eg. the bread for an appetizer was completely forgotten and then served after a longer wait.

Our party of two had a wonderful lunch experience at Gaia. Nello was our attentive waiter and our delicious food was served quickly. My company is Italian and picky when it comes to pizza but even she was convinced when she tried a slice of my Marinara. Only towards the end of our lunch, service slowed down a little bit when the team's attention focused on various big parties that ordered simultaneously. It was my first visit but definitely not my last.
