The restaurant feels a little tired, and everything is in shades of black. Food was expensive and lacked salt. Service was friendly but slow, not very attentive.

Fantastic service and quality meal. Visited for the first time in several years and we weren't disappointed. The steaks were cooked to perfection and wine very palatable

Food and service was great. We shared the marinated lumo steak 400gms it was cooked to perfection. Had 4 sides and a bottle of Tempranillo and beef empanadas for starter.

very welcoming by all serving staff, great setting and good sized table for two and good service though out the meal. Had a hiccup with final bill which was rectified speedily.

Had stood in the queue to see the Queen for 11.5 hours - wanted a really tasty steak and they they nailed it. Staff were great and took care to ensure we had no allergies - wine was good too, and not mad prices even though it was London - thank you for a great night

El servicio lentisimo, nos dijeron q como la reserva era 10.30 ya no podiamos pedir ewntrada y q la cocina cerraba. Cuando llegamos la reserva a mi nombre no figuraba.Sin embargo se demoraron mas de 15 min en tomarnos el pedido, la calidad de la comida buena pero pedi medium rare y me trajeron medium.

Steak tasted good and staff/ambience were helpful and pleasant. However I had booked for my boyfriend’s birthday and we both had quite severe food poisoning that evening and the next day it was really excruciatingly painful and ruined what would otherwise have been a very enjoyable evening and the next day.

Gaucho has a great ambiance anyway. Good lighting,. Good table spacing. Discrete service and no loud music blaring. The three-course lunch menu is great value, tasty and efficiently served. The whole package was perfect for a lunchtime client meal.

The restaurant was great! We were served with great service and a very smiley face! I am very sorry for not remembering her name or checking, but I am sure she was allocated to our table which was close to the bar (European woman with glasses if that helps at all) . She went the extra mile for our birthday booking :)

Fantastic dinner at Gaucho. The steak was divine and the beef empanadas were delicious. Quite expensive even with a deal but very much worth it! Definitely a place to go for steak lovers! Went to the City branch by Bank and our waitress Paulina made our experience 10/10; she provided the best service! I look forward to going back again soon.
