We were waiting for our reserved table for an hour, they prioritised people who came after us. The food was very mediocre for the price.I would not recommend Gaucho.

Not a fork issue but restaurant manager/Amicia the issue overcharged me even though I came with a voucher and only ordered a bottle of water outside my order but the dinner was meant to be for two people for £60 I went on my own and ended up paying £88. Got less food am got over charged Buy gauchos London Bridge

Very welcoming, knowledgeable staff - thank you Umar, appreciated the happy birthday gesture. The food was delicious, we had a great view of Tower Bridge and we had a great time!

The steak was so expensive i was expecting a bit presentation, But it was Just plain STEAK on its own. No vegiies on the side or anything, had to pay for another side Tgi's presentation is better tbh sorry,

What a pleasant surprise. The restaurant was in a great location with views over city hall and tower bridge. Service and staff were faultless. Food delicious and the cocktails, wickedly strong. Will definitely go back again.

We went for a belated birthday lunch and had the set lunch menu. Everything was excellent and the service very attentive with good recommendations. The steak was perfect. Would definitely recommend, both with friends/couple or with work.

We left this restaurant with some mixed feelings. We arrived almost 30 minutes late, so I had given them a call about that and was told that it was no issue. Once we got to the restaurant we were told that we would only have our table for 1,5 hour, because of other reservations. No problem of course, as we were the ones who were late. Unfortunately it then took almost an hour before we got our food. Also, we didn't have to consider if we thought the service was worth a tip, since 12,5% was added to the bill automatically. (Afterwards I found out that this is mentioned in some very small print on the menu. However, we needed the lights on our phones to be able to read the food listed on the menu, so reading this disclaimer would've been very difficult.) On the other hand; the food was excellent and the restaurant beautiful and with a nice atmosphere (although maybe a bit too dark). Also, you have a very nice view of the Tower Bridge while dining.

They did not have our booking even though I showed them the booking confirmation email. We ordered the chateaubriand (£100), whilst it was ok it lacked real taste and clearly hasn’t been rested before bringing it to the table as once left it improved. Assistant Manager was very good about it.

Always a nice spot to dine and chill, vist here at least 4 times a year, never disappoints. Upstairs is always quieter and preferred but it's always enjoyable

A real shame as we’d had good times previously in Gaucho. This time the steak across a group of six was incorrectly cooked so we had to unfortunately complain. The manager didn’t really take it seriously or apologise and just said he’d take some money off the bill. Nice gesture I suppose but left us all feeling a bit flat. Wouldn’t go again to this branch.

The food and setting was perfect, we were offered a window seat which has the most amazing view. The perfect occasion to celebrate a birthday! Would highly recommend
