6/10I am sure the ambiance in the day light is lovely, but at night our view was dirty windows. The chef's signature spaghetti was very good. The lamb was good. The cod was tasty but dry. The rest of the food was good such as ravioli and steak but we have had just as good or better at restaurants in Sorrento area and here on Capri. We split a dessert and did not finish as it was just not that good. We expected to be wowed by the food but we were not. For a third of the cost, we will be going to other fine restaurants in the area.

10/10If you like fish you will love Gennaro Amitrano I visited GA with my daughter on a day out to Capri. Well worth the visit. The food and service we excellent and the views were breathtaking. We had a fabulous lunch and such a great memory.

10/10It was beyond a delicate and great experience. Make a special note for the risotto with the shrimps carpaccio and the agnello. Please keep insisting on the highest standards. Do not hesitate.

9/10The food was all outstanding and would be 5 star except the grouper we were told was seared but I have never eaten semi raw grouper and the texture was off putting. The service was phenomenal Gianni was so fun and very helpful. Definitely worth trying

10/10American foodie review! Had a 5 course dinner here and was wowed! At first i was concerned the food would be too flashy or presented in an unappetizing way but i was so wrong! We had the eggplant Parmesan (12/10 best thing i ever ate), marinara pasta dish (10/10 best marinara I’ve had), lamb (10/10 most tender and neutral lamb I’ve had), and the chocolate mousse (10/10 dark chocolate flavor was amazing with the berry sorbet). The experience alone was phenomenal, greeted by the chef and ran the restaurant front with few staff. Felt like being welcomed into the chefs home for a meal. Do yourself a favor and do not under order or share plates! He will order for you if you do and you’ll be glad he did! Also the fork has the wrong address for the restaurant, it is in fact in marina piccola, not Capri town!

10/10we took the ferry to Capri and went straight to this absolute gem. Francesco, one of the owners talked us through each course of the tasting menu (wonderful), served us a stunning red wine that nearly brought me to euphoric tears, all while gazing on a view that could be construed as a classic oil painting. 10/10 experience - we really came alive with wonder and happiness.

10/10It was simply perfect surprise for my boyfriend! The owner and the personnel were lovely and very available. And the overall place prestine. We tried the tasting menu which was very well balanced (and even allowed us to make a change in the menu) in terms of dishes and price. The entire room has an amazing view to the sea which makes the experience very-Capri. We recommend to reach the place by foot exploring the small streets of Capri surrounded by trees and return with an open-roof cab. I would also point out that we arrived with quite a delay (we did warn them) and they were super flexible and gentle about it. Absolutely recommend it and would definitely come back!

10/10I have been to this Restaurant with my wife on a 2 days visit to Capri, on Weekday in August. The location is stunning and we booked a table early enough (19:45) to have a great and relaxing experience. The service was fantastic and the linguine with sea urchin and cocoa powder taste is still lasting in my memories the day after. 100% Worth a go if you like fine dining away from the hussle and bussle of the Capri Center and want, instead, to immerse yourself into a mire intimate choice.

6.5/10Portions are very small. Some dishes are barely average, others good and none (4 guests- party) very good or outstanding. The place - Saturday / St Giovanni’s holiday 3 tables only - elsewhere packed. Booked based on Michelin’s recommendation - they were 100% off mark and will call them to correct the issue. Bill came with 15% tip charged that was not deserved at all. Definitely do not attend. You will overspend, leave hungry and not be satisfied. Sad as the service was good. Owner and chef are totally not worth it.

6/10We were disappointed with the main course, maybe we are just not uni-loving pasta connoisseurs, however the truffle dish and deserts were delightful. Wine pairing was adequate. Service was excellent!
