The food portions are very small. Rice is not served with the food, it is subject to an extra charge. The prices are very high, I think I would definitely not go if there was no The Fork discount. The service was fast and nice. The Fork discount was quickly made manually when adjusting the bill :). We could not see exactly how it was calculated.

Food was delicious and the ambience was lovely. My son (8) has a nut allergy but the staff didnt have the time of day to confirm what nuts were in the recipes. I understand the restaurant was busy and that we were English speaking and they were German speaking but we were just told to Google it!!!!

This is my second time to this restaurant: 1. The quality and taste of food has significantly deteriorated compared to the experience we had in September 2024 2. The billing for food is highly non-transparent due to the following reasons: 2.1 Payment is taken only via cash, which is questionable in a restaurant of this size. 2.2 The bill was not given to us inspite of asking. 2.3 The discount offer from Fork is not updated in the computer and is rather manually calculated, which also raises questions. 2.4 I was told by the cashier who is also runs the restaurant that additional charges are levied for Fork applied bookings more than what is shown in the menu. For eg; we ordered chicken tikka masala and basmati rice was served along with it. When we told the waiter that we hadn’t ordered for it, we were told by the waiter that the rice comes along with the chicken dish even though it wasn’t mention in the menu. And then later we are being charged additionally 6 euros for this rice.

Good restaurant: very good welcome, very Nice place and very good food but bad place (dirry streets, many homeless and many drugged people around)!… But don’t be affraid, keep cool and everything will be ok!…

Great place and great food, but the owner doesn’t want to give you the discount for reserving with The Fork - the treatment changes to worse when you ask for that. The payment is also not transparent because he doesn’t give you the receipt.

I had visited this place last December and now this time. Same problem both the times. Can’t trust the bill which they produce. 1) Additional dish (incorrect count) 2) Rice with additional charges when the curry comes with complimentary rice. Didnt argue on the rice part this time, as was not addressed even last time, but got the additional dish removed. The food taste is better than most of the other Indian restaurants, service is fast, ambience is decent. The only problem is incorrect bill. If we have booked through Fork at the discounted price, that has to be honored and explained beforehand if there are any exceptions. Owner wasnt very happy at his face when I told him about the discounted booking. Staff didnt know anything about what are exclusions etc, and the owner didnt bother much to explain. Honesty is missing. Otherwise value for money, if you get 50% discount!

Food was ok, slightly overpriced. Service was slow. Multiple waiters were trying to take order from same table and they were not coordinated. Food didn’t come in good order. We had to wait appetizers long, and also main dishes came late
