delicious food, perfect wine list and very friendly service. the alcachofa was as good as in Rome, the meat was extremely tender. we enjoyed the whole evening!

We were so delighted with the meal and the service. I highly recommend a stop at Gloria! The artichoke flower was incredible. The steak was amazing, and the wine... so good.

Wow! We’ve been eating at some great places but this one kinda spoiled us for wherever we go next! Wonderful fresh original vegetable, fish & meat dishes. Some classics but also some very modern stuff. Just fabulous. Kudos to wonderful waiter Mateo and Joana our host.

My husband & I were looking for a unique & special restaurant to dine in on our last day in Oviedo & began searching the web for recommendations. Gloria by Nacho Manzano popped up & after reading the stellar reviews, we made a reservations. The restaurant is beautifully appointed and the service and food was exactly what we were looking for. Joann, their General Manager was professional, engaging with us on the menu & wine options which helped us in our decisions... I love that on many of their dishes you can select one of 3 options: A tapa size; a half portion (to share) or a full portion. Brilliant idea and made sharing so much fun. We started with the grilled artichokes with lemon & salt, then ordered the Eggplant with sobrasada chorizo, cheese & toasted pumpkin seeds (this dish alone is worth coming to the restaurant for!). Next we shared the Beef Cheeks & Prawns in lettuce cups which were also delicious. Our final dish was the Tomato with Chilled Beetroot & Salamoreja foam. Incredibly prepared dishes that shows the depth of Nacho Manzano, the Chef. This is a restaurant not to miss & we look forward to returning next summer when we're back in Oviedo. It truly was spectacular!

Great place to have dinner in Oviedo. This chef knows how to mix Asturian tradition with the flavours of the world. Try the grilled artichoke. It looks beautiful and taste excellent. And the pork fillet is the best in town. Great service and we liked the virtual menu.

Celebrábamos 30 años de matrimonio y el sitio fue perfecto. Tanto la comida como el amable servicio estuvo a la altura. Será complicado volver después de otros 30, pero se intentará.
