The food is divine....relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. Gorgeous flowers and decor. My only complaint was that the restaurant did not receive my reservation from THE FORK. Luckily I had booked the first slot (830 pm in Madrid) and since that was early by Spanish standards they we able to accommodate all of us. Our party showed up and the restaurant had no record of it! Luckily it turned out ok but it could have been a disaster.

The food was nice if a bit heavy handed. The service was very rushed. We felt like they did not want Americans in their restaurant! We were the first couple seated at 8:30 and all was fine until regulars began arriving then It was how fast can we shove the food to the Americans and get them out. It is fine if you want to cater to your local customers, just don't invite us to dine with you. Plenty of great options in Madrid that love Americans! Recommend you try one of them.

As expected, keeps offering one of the best kitchens in Madrid. Service is also a reference, efficient and balanced. If you look traditional Spanish flavour, don't miss.
