7/10The food here is undeniably tasty, which is why I decided to give this place a second chance. Unfortunately, it will also be my last. On my first visit, the restaurant was full, and it took about two hours for all the dishes to arrive at our table. Despite this, the food was so good that I was willing to try again. This time, there were only three other guests in the restaurant, yet it still took about an hour to be served. While I appreciate that the sushi is freshly made, this kind of waiting time feels excessive and calls for a more thoughtful experience. I’d suggest the restaurant address this by being upfront about preparation times and offering something to enhance the dining experience. PS: Be aware that the restaurant may serve items you didn’t order and later charge you for them. By Portuguese law, you are not obliged to pay for these items

4/10"Disappointing and unclear – won’t return" My experience at Grand Honra was frustrating. While the food was decent and the atmosphere simple yet pleasant, the restaurant failed to deliver what it promised. I booked through The Fork app, which advertised a 50% discount, but in the end, the bill was charged at full price. At no point was it made clear that the discount only applied to specific items on the menu. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have made the reservation. The lack of transparency was a big letdown, and I certainly won’t be returning.

4/10The staters came well, but the dishes afterward took 1h30 to arrive and somewhat out of order. Food was okay and fresh but paying 40€/px for this amount of food AND WITH THIS PRICE already including 50% off unfortunately wasn't worth it.

5/10The service was Ok but the time of waiting was very slow. The price of the meal doesn’t make sense with the portions served (they are very small). One of the entrées was served last thing.

7/10The food was good and the service was nice but the bill was high. Also we got in the beginning croquettes which we thought were complimentary because we haven't ordered them but they showed up at the bill at the end. We tried to ask why but they couldn't (or wouldn't) understand english so much.

9.5/10I wasn't aware that the discount didn't apply to the set sushi menu so I had a huge surprise when the bill came. Aside from that surprise the sushi pieces chosen by the chef were great. Overall satisfied by the quality of the food.

2/10After 2.5 hours and not receiving all of our food, we paid and left. Even paid for things ordered but not received. Every table was slow as sushi chef was on phone and not making sushi. Food was so so.

2/10The tuna was not good, was unable to eat it. After pointing that out to the chef he was very rude. We asked for the complains book and was denied to us. Had to call the police.

4/10Disappointing. The quality of the food has declined since our last visit. The kitchen was slow as usual since they always seem to prioritize take away orders over the in restaurant clients. The chef should consider more simple style quality food sushi vs. stylish lower food quality. The table service was perfect once the food was prepared. We will struggle to return.
