We eat here regularly the roast beef was well cooked not pink snd very thinly sliced Roasted match stick carrots ( !!) cold and half a Yorkshire pudding . Calamari very greasy Rest of meal lovely and staff are great Felt like beef was warmed up from leftovers and nothing like we are used to here .

We had booked to take our parents out for a Christmas meal. We chose the festive menu. The starters were OK, the smoked salmon plentiful and the dill cream very nice. The mushroom bruscetta was dry, the toast was hard. The main courses arrived on cold plates and the food ranged from absolutely cold (chilled) to warm, not hot at all. The waiter was excellent and quickly took the plates away and arranged replacements. These arrived after a while and although the plates were tepid, the food still wasn't hot (worrying). We spoke to the manager and the main courses were refunded. We felt the chefs were trainees or just having a bad day! Either way, a bad reflection on the management. We didn't stay for dessert or coffee. A very disappointing treat for our elderly parents who struggle to get out. We won't be going back.

The food was nice but my husband had a pint of beer split on him and I had wine added to my sparkling water!!! The manager took off a £36 pound wine that we drank but added £26 for a service charge. Don’t think we will go again. Very disappointing to be honest.
