The restaurant is set in a lovely and quiet environment looking onto the swimming pool and the sea in the distance. The food was exquisite. We had the fish tasting menu. Exactly what you would expect from a Michelin star restaurant. This is definitely our highlight of the trip in Sardinia.

Beautiful setting, very welcoming and courteous service, with Mr Sadler spending quality time with the guests and advising in the choices; the menu is brilliant and very fairly priced for the outstanding quality and the location.

Amazing, modern Sardinian cuisine set in a wonderful backdrop. The service was superb and attentive. Only downside would be the restaurant overlooks a the beautiful pool which happened to have numerous screaming children in it all evening.
