My wife and I were surprised to have excellent plates of quite authentic Szechuan cuisine in place like Bologna. We greatly enjoyed the evening for my birthday during the trip for Rossini Opera Festival and personal homage to Urbino. I wish they use old fashioned hrs copy of menu as well as high tech computerized screen. For our fellow tourists, I would like to note that Chengdu was ancient capital of one of three Kingdoms where legendary scholar and military genius served the court (somewhat like Renaissance jewels in Urbino court).
