A very busy place and the drinks service was a little slow but the food was very good. Would recommend this place though. Look to sit inside as it was a bit breezy outside.

Excellent meal and service was first Class loads of choice.Portions are huge. Restaurant based in ideal location in safari centre. Will definitely be back

I have no words. We sat and waited 20+ minutes for a drink order to be taken which isn’t a great start but the restaurant was busy so I kind of understand even though waiting 20+ minutes most people would have walked out. We got our drinks finally, Then when the food then arrived we realised that my knife and fork were dirty, not a tiny bit dirty, like disgustingly dirty, my boyfriend tried to get the attention of different people who walked by at least 7/8 times by saying excuse me, we were ignored every single time. My boyfriend then gave me his knife and fork and sat without and his food went cold quickly as he had nothing to eat it with. Yes we could have got up and asked but in 100% of restaurants I’ve been in you shouldn’t have too, the waiter or waitress comes to you without having to ask multiple times. By the time I’d finished my food he hadn’t even touched his, we still couldn’t get the attention of anyone so my boyfriend went to find what we thought was the manager, he was lovely and was very annoyed with what we experienced, he tried his best to sort the situation but at this point we just wanted to pay and leave. Overall the staff were rude and the service was shocking and the food wasn’t great. Not a great experience.

Used to be a lovely restaurant. Service is terrible. Food wasn't good, a portion of chips came with a chicken bone on top of them, possibly of someone else's table!! Won't be returning anytime soon

All right restaurant, not more than that. Not too good service, waiters could definitely be more attentive. Not more than ok food, the chicken fajitas weren’t better than at any other ordinary, not “Mexican” restaurant. Btw Mexican? I think not; the menu and food presentation is more Tex-mex than authentic Mexican. They didn’t even serve mole…..

I love the food here, we've eaten many times before and always return when we are on holidays. Our main courses arrived with our starter which made the whole experience feel very rushed and gave me indigestion. We ordered chicken tacos for mains but we actually got beef. I was very disappointed as we always received great service before. The toilets had no toilet paper. Overall it was not a good experience unfortunately.

After 20 minutes of not being able to order a drink, never mind food, we walked out. Seemed to be only 3 members of staff for the whole restaurant. We saw another table complaining and at least 5 others that were unattended and didn’t have drinks/food.

Restaurant was fairly busy. We were seated and waited 25 minutes for someone to take a drink order. I had to ask for someone to come to us 4 times. Tacos for starter were cold. Burger we ordered were just pure gristle. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant. Worse meal of our holiday.

We were dumped at a table on arrival then ignored. No one attempted to give us menus or asked if we would like a drink etc. Appalling behaviour from all the staff. Ended up leaving due to this without eating.
