Food was good, but I was disappointed that no tea or unfiltered sake were available in a Japanese restaurant. I do not believe that Philadelphia cheese belongs in sushi rolls.

We were overwhelmed by the quality and creativity of the food at Hagakure. A truly amazing experience off the beaten track! As a family of four we sampled and shared a lot of dishes. All were very delicious including dessert. We were recommended a wonderful Puglian rose and in general the service was excellent. Cannot recommend enough.

We came with my family as a group and we all really enjoyed the japanese food and the service. The food is more fusion asian japanese and the staff is super nice. We had a small issue where we got billed twice 349€ on the credit card but I have been reimbursed afterwards for the mistake. Big thank you to Diego and Simone for your availability on this. We recommend and will definitely come back.

Incredible food with clever fusion of Italian and Japanese. Truffled black cod dumplings were unreal. Service was great, quality was impeccable. Taste was really outstanding.

This was our favorite restaurant of our trip to Bari area and one of our favorite sushi restaurants we’ve been to - very high quality ingredients and flavor combinations. So good we went back twice in a row! Highly recommend.

I booked through TripAdvisor/the fork but they didn’t have my booking in their paper list when I arrived. I paid €18 for mango roll but it was too expensive and it was not so good, there was very little mango inside the roll
