The service in the restaurant was very good. They had it all technified, which means that you can order through an ipad, and wait time is minimized. The order came out super quick and the burgers were very good, one of the best in milan I'd say.

Well, I thought a lot about what I had to write because it's always painful to give bad reviews, especially for places you are used to go. I'm coming here every now and then for around a decade and the quality in this time frame is plummeted. Quite unusually the problem is not the quality of the raw components: the meat is good, produce is fresh. The problem is in the kitchen. Too much hurry and lackluster work on the final product: potatoes are cut too roughly to be properly cooked in just a few minutes: they were hard and half cooked instead of crisp and tender. A small mistake? No. Meat hamburgers, no matter what how much cooking is requested, are too much soggy and I REALLY mean TOO MUCH. The meat is not rested a little after coming out of the fire and it drips so much blood on the bread that the lower half of the hamburger is DESTROYED just 2 minutes after been served. The very worst is happened with the vegetarian hamburger. It's supposed to be made with an eggplant but it was unedible, not average or bad. Unedible. Something was completely wrong with it: it may had been came out of a fridge or it wasn't fresh or both but one side was watery almost uncooked. After a little dissection to understand what was wrong with it, I left it untouched on the plate. All in all the place is changed in a bad way: the prices went up and the quality went down and it's a pity because I used to come here a lot. In these years they added products to their basic offer like lemonades (that I have really appreciated) but the change cannot come at the cost of lower quality on their main business items because people and I come here for the hamburgers not the lemonade. Hope this helps.

Very nice place! Alberto and Gabriel were super nice with customers and very fast with service. I'd like to come back. We took a Gigante and a Rosetta leggera. So big and tasty too.

Awesome place, nice tablet placing order and friendly stuff! Great choice, including variety for vegetarian and vegan option. I wanted a lemonade (homemade and delicious) with no mint and no ice and the staff complied. DO NOTE! The fork discount goes only to food choices NOT INCLUDED beverages and services. STILL WOULD RECOMMEND it was an awesome experience ♡

Good cuisine, service and delicious dessert. Orders are made with IPads and, due to our first time there, the waitress explained us how to easily make orders. Maybe only a little bit too cold upstairs but it was also really hot outside. With TheFork discount prices are perfect.
