Friendly and helpful service, when a member of the staff saw that we struggling a bit she brought forks and printed guide for the hot pot and explained how use the chopsticks as well. Many thanks for this experience, we will visit again ????????????

Really friendly and helpful staff, the restaurant is very clean with welcoming decor. The food is very fresh and tasty and we found it a real novelty and good fun to cook your own food as you want it, you choose the broth you want to cook it in e.g. you can have it very spicy or not whichever is your preference and the staff were super helpful showing us the ropes as we had not been to anywhere quite like this before but we will definitely be returning!

wish we had had more time to enjoy this amazing meal. The food was high quality and full of flavour the broths were amazing we only had a mixed meat platter and a small veg platter but enough for a pre theatre meal. for me and my wife . portions were excellent size well worth the cost and the 30 % discount brought the meal in at just over 30 pounds. Highly recommended !! looking forward to returning soon

Went for 18th Birthday. Had a la carte so not restricted on time. With the fork discount of 30%, four teenagers spent £54 which actually worked out much cheaper than the eat all you can. A great time was had by all.

A really unique dining experience. Great tasty food. Highly recommended. Super delicious broth & lots of choice of meats, noodles & vegetables to cook in he broth.

My first visit to Happy Lamb, and it definitely won’t be my last! Great portion sizes, good variety of side dishes. The atmosphere was good, with lovely music choice and did not feel rushed at all. I’ll definitely be back ????????

It was too stressful for a big group to order within 1.5 hours and to eat within 2 hours? They only allow 10 orders per time. Food was ok They then even tried to charged my two young babies (below 2)

The service was really bad. That’s my first time visited that hot-pot restaurant. Can’t believe the service looks like that. All the staff looks not happy, especially the manager (around 40s woman). The bill was not correct as well. We had 30%off food bill when we booked the table from TheFork. But the bill was not correct when I went back home using the calculator to check. That’s terrible experience. Will never back again. Please double check your bill ( using your own calculator).

avoid if you have allergies! the staff couldn’t understand us when informing them about a severe nut allergy and failed to tell us if the food we had chosen was suitable. this is very poor and dangerous for those with severe allergies. made the experience stressful. lots of items on the menu were also unavailable and staff were very inattentive with our table. wont be coming back
