6.5/10Food was too salty and very expensive. Music was too loud. It was hard to speak. But service was nice and quick. Not sure if I would come back. Maybe if the priced become lower.

10/10Tolles Restaurant, netter Service, klasse Essen, super Ambiente. Immer gerne wieder. Wer in anderen Hard Rock Cafes war, wird sich hier ebenfalls wohl fühlen.

10/10The food and service were great, very nice staff. Visiting a Hard Rock Cafe is always a great experience, but in Cologne it was really outstanding. We'll come back some day.

10/10Lovely place with friendly staff, especially Tufan welcomed us to the restaurant and made our experience just better! Food was very good and the service was surprisingly fast. Definitely recommended!

7.5/10The food was really good but the service not organized. Although the waiters and the manager were very polite, there was something wrong with the communication. Our order was delayed and they apologized for it offering a dessert on the house which never arrived. They were out of a kind of beer we were drinking (pils, frequently ordered) as well.

5.5/10Ambiente toll Service gut Essen katastrophal. Pommes kalt Burger war ein Fertigpaddy und komplett trocken und dafür noch viel zu teuer. Leider kein Vergleich zu früher bzw zu.anderen Hardrock Standorten.

9.5/10Top! Schönes Ambiente, freundliches Personal und leckeres Essen! Preise etwas hoch. Aber ansonsten hat es uns dort super gefallen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

5/10Being HRC FAN I take my family to HRC in each city we visit. Firstfloor in Cologne is def. NOT worth the Hardrock name. The average school cantina has more atmosphere. If you put A few basic tables in a room and put up Some Standard HR café items on the wall you cannot expect people to feel the HR VIBE. HQ should visit and invest in an upgrade.
