We visited Hard Rock Cafe in more than 60 countries. The previous visits in Göteborg was in November 23. In June we visited also Hungary. Today it was really disappointed. Portions are really smaller, prizes are raised. Servers are there but not close to tables where people sit. No free refill, no sauces at the burgers, no questions asked if food is okay. Finally the manager told us that since January 2024 the companies policy has been changed. It is a pity as normally the vibe in the restaurant was very pleasant.

They forgot our food, we got it after 32 minutes and when we asked about it. Service was extremely poor and he ley us pay for something we did not order. Do not recommended Hard rock cafe at all.

Charged twice for dinner for four people. When complaining to the staff they assured it was a technical issue and only «reserved» twice on my card by mistake, but would be later CHARGED only once automatically…. but of course it is now charged twice! Had to do the hassle and try to reclame it from Mastercard, awaiting the outcome.

Poor service, terrible quality food. The “Messi burger” was so bad it had to be returned, and had to wait 40 minutes for a replacement. How hard is it to do good burger? Very disappointed. Not worth the money or time.

Not the best unfortunately we had extra drinks added to our bill and we were charged £3 for mayonnaise that didn't arrive. In total overcharged about £25 that we could see. The menu wasn't the usual full menu and the chips were cold.

Service was terrible and that is being polite. was over charged and had to speak to a manager to get it corrected. The manager was very helpful but it was an overall bad evening.
