The food was very good , however I thought that to wait 50 minutes for it to arrive when the restaurant was clearly only half full was disappointing and unacceptable

Had been a long time since our last visit but we were blown away. We were seated in the new part of the restaurant which had been renovated to an extremely high standard. All members of staff we met we're extremely friendly and a credit to the restaurant and the food was absolutely phenomenal. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great meal in Blackpool and will definitely visit next time we are there

There was no ambiance as it was almost empty but for us. Out of season so no fault of the staff who were excellent by the way. Sadly the fish was dry & the chips were dry. We should have gone local where we live!

Staff were great from the minute we arrived and the food was lovely, really big portions too. It was super warm inside though which made it a little uncomfortable to sit in.

Staff looked like they'd rather not be there. 3 cocktails on the menu 2 of which weren't available. Chips obviously frozen. Fish taseted lovely. Won't be going back.

Food was tasty and generous portions although I felt the haddock was a little dry. Restaurant was nice, modern and clean but toilets weren't very clean at all. As for staff , they brought out food that you ordered yourself either from bar or via an app which we did the app and i have to admit was easy to do but then that was it they didn't check all was ok mid meal so never saw them again !

We had the afternoon tea, highly recommended this the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, the staff were extremely assertive and gave us boxes to take home what hadnt been eaten

As always the food was excellent! My only complaint would be that the plaice was served on a small plate so the gish was on top of the chips! The staff were very efficient but we must mention Amy as she was outstanding , very polite and very informative - a credit to Harry Ramsdens.

Went with Red Letter voucher it was brilliant, excellent food and great service would highly recommend. Going to even buy the voucher ourselves because the afternoon tea not on menu try it.

The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating even though there was a 45 minute wait on food. The food was worth the wait as it tasted amazing! Clean plates from us all!!!

Pre booked and looked forward to our fish and chips all day. We were really disappointed fish was over cooked and dry inside batter also a bit greasy and a funny taste to it. Left most of it and still hungry so tried to order desert however no cheesecake or Elton mess! Staff pleasant and helpful and glad pre booked as very busy being Easter hols but a real let down sadly

We booked using The Fork to arrive and be told that we couldn't be seated, as their last seating was 6:30pm (The Fork had allowed us to book for 6:45pm). I informed them that we had actually booked online and a manager came to speak to us. He told us he was unsure why it had let us book but told us 'I suppose I will have to honour it', but this felt sarcastic and unpleasant. Our server was rude the whole visit and when we tried to order dessert, he abruptly us that the kitchen was closed. After explaining the timing problem on their behalf, they said they could sort out desserts. This turned out to be very poor value for money (doughnut balls - would not reccomend). Overall, poor experience and will not be returning.

Tom and his team went out of their way to make our large, out of season group booking an absolute success. As well as checking every single pre-order with each of the 35 guests, they set our table with the decorations we’d brought, led the birthday singing and kept our drinks orders well topped up. We know that staff stayed late so that we could enjoy our full meal and the quality of the food was fantastic with generous portions. We’d love to return if they’d have us and we’d like to thank Tom & the team for helping us celebrate so comfortably. Can’t rate this branch of HR highly enough.
