Lovely welcome upon arrival, table was booked in advance so shown to a very nice window seat, service was excellent and food lovely and hot when it arrived. Very well laid out for social distancing - well done

Having booked online, we were greeted by a young lady at the desk with no face shield, closer than 2 metres. The restaurant was virtually full. Her first words were "I'm sorry we're not taking walk ins at the moment." After we explained we had booked she showed us to a table. Service was fine but the food was "adequate" - not what you would expect from a specialist fish and chip chain. Disappointing

Very good value lunch. Food great as always and the staff very helpful - even getting a bowl of water for our dog! Have been a regular there for a number of years and hope to continue to go there when we visit Eastbourne

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was hot and fresh. This was the first time I had been out of my home area and out for a meal since lockdown it was a great relaxed experience. So thank you .
