Terrible service, left waiting to be seated then after 10 minutes at table without even a drink, I'd had enough and left, not good!

Greeting and service were very pleasant. Large full English & vegetarian breakfast were poor. Poached eggs were very hard, vegi sausages were poor quality, tiny portion of beans. The toast didn't see the toaster, it was just bread. Coffee was good.

Great food but terrible service. Arrived at 1 as per booking. Ordered drinks and food at 1.10, at 2.10 I had to chase a waiter for our drinks and bowls so we could get the kids salad as they were so hungry. Eventually received our food at 1.45. Would not return with children as a 2 hour wait is just daft.

Great Food but the place itself is beginning to look very tired inside & out! Torn wallpaper, LEDs hanging from the ceiling in the Gents. Broken Loo Seats. Flaky paint on the outside.
