I have been to this harvester a few times and have had a good experience, but this time was not. The service was not that good, there was no utensils on the table we had to ask for them. Then they turned up dirty. I had a triple combo, the quarter chicken was not cooked and the the corn was over cooked. Sorry no tip given. Not happy today.

Nothing was too much trouble only thing was didn't like them serving the salad but apart from that there was no problems food hot and served very quickly

We used to be big fans of harvester for good quality cheap meals out but the portions have got smaller and the prices bigger. My children still enjoy it for all the happy memories but I find the food disappointing for what you pay.

Waitress was lovely like she always is and majority of food ok- but I only had 2 pieces in my chicken tenders and I had the steak sandwich- there was more tomato slices than steak and the steak was like hard rubber-asked for medium-it was charcoal and couldn’t even cut it with the steak knife, let alone my teeth.didn’t complain as wouldn’t upset our waitress so pleased to answer this survey. Katsu curry pretty tepid but for a child so let it be. Disappointed as food usually good!

The food was good and the staff dealt with our 'difficult' orders very well. We did not feel rushed and were able to sit and chat after eating without feeling we were putting anyone out. A very good experience.

The staff were excellent however the restaurant was full of families with small children and noise level was horrendous with children screaming and running around. Good for families not good for two friends who wanted a meal and catchup. We requested a move of tables and staff moved us to quieter bar area. Staff very good sorry that they have to put up with that level of disturbance because families these days do not control their children.

Lisa our waitress for the evening was awesome, she explained the new CV19 rules re getting the salad from the usual buffet, and got everything for us. Good service, quiet ambience (for a Friday), easy to book, would happily eat there again and again.
