Great food, a nice, clean restaurant with attentive, efficient staff. Received good customer service. Lots of choice, for all tastes on the menu.

Very good food . Excellent service, Amy2 looked after us and was obviously enloying her job.Worth coming back just to see that smile. BUT!! I received an e mail offering a loyalty boost of 1000 yums. Couldn't find how to get it and none of the staff had had even heard of Yums.

Exellent in every department. We were welomed with a big smile.. our waitrist (Katherine) was realy helpful and it was obvious that she enjoyed her job.The menu was great and very reasonably priced. The food was delicious. I finished with an Eton mess. Unbelievable the size of it was enormous. Definately be going again in the near future. Well done Harvester.

One female member of staff was very rude. We asked to sit outside as we had a puppy with us. The lady said no as we had not booked the puppy in for dinner. Asked for a ashtray twice, we don't receive it Starter arrived before are drinks. We did not have any napkins or cutlery. Main course arrived still no cutlery or salad,. We keep asking for cutlery. Did not get any conderment. So not a very pleasant meal at all.

Lovely location and good value pub food. Our server was also excellent: efficient friendly and very attentive. Always had her eye on whether we needed anything further.

Our host was very friendly and welcoming so we didn’t mind about the slow service as it was also very busy. The food was good as usual with good social distancing and mask wearing enforced. The place was clean and felt safe.

The staff on hand were very friendly but they were clearly understaffed turning customers away due to this reason ..the establishment seemed very dirty and neglected..which I found very surprising as many other pubs that have been shut have improved their buildings and gardens ready for the returning customers Wouldn't be going back unless significant changes were made

One thing we always appreciate is the space. There’s nothing worse than feeling cramped, and worried you might bother other diners by being too close ! Service is always good, the food is great for choice, and price. We’ve eaten here as a couple, and several of us, for dinners and more than once, for Christmas, each occasion we’ve all been made welcome and enjoyed the experience ! We would always recommend the Bells of Ouzley!
