This was the first time I had visited a harvester restaurant and to be honest it was probably one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. I’m not someone who goes out to eat often other than a carvery or pizza but this was terrible and my daughter and myself couldn’t eat the food. My husband had some but was very disappointed he preferred his supermarket ribs.

Unfortunately the restaurant was cold, most people had their coats on. My son asked for sirloin steak medium but it was pink/red. It was replaced/refine but was still too pink- we didn’t bother to complain again. On the plus side the waitress deducted the soft drinks off the bill

Had a lovely lunch with friends today. Our waitress Georgia was so cheerful and helpful and the meal cooked by Sam and Bovis was well cooked and well presented . Would certainly have lunchtime menu again .

Have sent complaint to harvester via email, dinnefood here for over 5years very disappointed, always been good in the past, waited for 40 mins for food, several staff stood talk6at bar, not 1 came to apologise about the wait for food, server could not be botthered

Good food, rump steak and chicken skewer were lovely. We shared the crumble. Staff were great, good service. A little drafty near the window so asked to be moved that wasn’t an issue. Thanks guys!

Way too expensive now for what used to be a cheap pub meal and yet the quality of the menu and portion size does not reflect the substantial increase in cost. Very disappointed.

Had a lovely meal at lunch time service was great friendly staff (Steff ) was really friendly spoke to grandson aged 3 very polite thankyou . Felt comfortable eating out knowing they have put actions in place to keep customers safe serving us from the salad bar

Absolutely no parking in the complex - not a surprise as it's shared with 5 other eateries, but as it's the restaurant for the hotel - no parking is madness! While we appreciate that we are still in difficult times re Covid, I didn't appreciate being treated like a complete idiot when it came to selecting food from the salad bar. Being told to stand in a specific spot and "keep your distance from me" and I'll sort your salad. My daughter is gluten free and there was no easily visible menu to see what was allergen free for her. Told to look online - no wifi available and no Network signal for any of our phones - and we cover 3 different networks between us. Stuck up attitude from waitress on why we can't see the menu. Food was nothing great to shout about. We won't be back

This was a last minute booking which was for my grand daughter &I the food was good but nothing to right home about but adequate service was good ,we asked for an other drink ( refill) but was forgotten about, they were not too busy so that was a bit disappointing

It was a last minute booking for us, but they were able to provide a table for 2. They were training a new employee and Mia the experienced member of staff was the trainer. Her instructions were clear, instructive and helpful to him. You could tell he was little nervous but he did very well. The service was excellent as well as the food.

First time back after lockdown the staff are very helpful and accommodating, the ambiance was lovely it felt the price has increased that was my only criticism.
