7.5/10Not overly impressed with the new menu(and prices!), as the 1-3 courses option is no more and, if you're on a budget with like-minded over 60's, 1 or maybe 2 courses with a drink certainly may be the limit. Our server was very good, though.

8.5/10our waitress was great, very on the ball. we ordered some drinks at the bar could of been quicker, the bar wasn't busy but it took some time to get the drinks. I don't think the bar staff were very experienced. Room for improvement.

10/10I have been going to the Harvester Compasses since it opened, the food is always very good, to get a table at weekends I book a table, this is the second time in a week for the same meal on the cheaper menu, shall keep going to this Harvester as the salad and meal was marvelous.

6/10Was disappointed with the skewers, the chicken (if it was chicken) was extremely fatty, seemed to have lots of skin, my opinion of skewers is they are to be the healthy option of what I usually get in as much as chicken breast was not edible

7/10As regulars to a night out we have often use Harvester -- BUT Food has gone down big time, The jacket potato my Lady had with her order was totally Black on the out side hence not edible - Chicken was strange and some bits not chewable - Not ones to complain as we know some days things can be off, but not a good experience this time around - ( photo available of the Potato :-)

10/10We had a table booked for 6.30 the whole experience was perfect our waiter William was outstanding and we will certainly come along again to dine with you. I live in Chelmsford and this Harvester knocked spots off our local one in Springfield Road Chelmsford!!!!
