Under staffed, only one manager on site which is cooking also. As i wanted to book a party and he was unable to speak with me. So i have to find another place.

Unfortunately we did not get to eat here as the fire brigade were there and restaurant full of smoke. This is the second time we have tried to eat here when something has happened and prevented us doing so. We hope that no one was hurt.

I booked the restaurant for my Husbands birthday today and my daughters birthday yesterday. The restaurant has been refurbished and is very tasteful in decor. We couldn't fault the food at all, excellent.

I had the BBQ burger and it's really wasn't nice as soon as I tasted the slight taste of pickle it made the burger taste disgusting, I ate only 1/4 of it. Was looking forward to eating all day just very disappointed will stick with hungry horse next time.

The lady that served us was fantastic, friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was ok given it was very quiet. The food was served promptly , I had the fish and chips but unfortunately the fish was tasteless and watery. I really wanted a burger but Harvester ( like most other establishments these days) only offers brioche buns. Three of my party don't like these. Why can't you offer a choice of buns?

Disapointed. Not been there in ages and wont go again. Several items not on menu. Food overcooked especially the afters, sticky toffee poodling, custard cold pudding hard where over microwaved. Tables different levels and not worth the £103 pound with only soft drinks.

We have been to this Harvester before and it wasn’t the best experience. Post restrictions we thought we’d give it another try. It was a lovely evening, almost like a different restaurant the food tasted great and was hot. Previously, it was lukewarm and lacked flavour. Tarynn who looked after us was lovely, smiled, friendly and kept checking to see if we were okay and happy. We wanted to give her a tip for the quality of service not because we felt obliged. Thank you Harvester Grays for a lovely evening and Tarynn for looking after us. We will come back.

Ordered medium rare rump steak got rare sirloin, tried to eat it but couldn't, they offered to re cook it, but unfortunately re cooked steak is not not nice so said no. This is not the first time we have had a bad meal, we gave it one more chance but it failed.

As always, excellent food, excellent service. Our first time back since covid and was a little bit concerned, really did not have to be. All available doors were open and a lovely lady helped us at the salad bar. Such good value for money. Highly recommend.

The staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. The food portions were huge and it was delicious we'll definitely be coming back. Out waitress Karen was fantastic.

Always loved it here before the pandemic..But this time was a bit different.. Ny food was over cooked..I had a jacet potato that was really well cooked that the potato was a brown colour inside instead of a creamy colour mash..Im not one to complain in public so just ate the salmon and corn on the cob..My partners dinner and my grandsons dinner was fine..It took a while to get our salad hence we was still eating it when our dinner arrived so had to leave it..

The waitress Georgia was absolutely brilliant very friendly and polite. The food was lovely, steak cooked to requirements, the restaurant could do with air-conditioning, but we was sat by the exit door so wasn't to bad for us.

The food was correct and hot and came in time but we found it a little overpriced. We had a long wait for service after even tho it was quiet not due to the waitress I think they were a little understaffed. We waited for service at the salad cart, We waited a long time for my mums second drink and then my mum and sons desserts by which time the ice cream had melted and the hot desserts were only warm. But we enjoyed the visit nonetheless and our waitress was very pleasant as was the chef. I’d give it 6-7 out of 10 !
