Jordan was polite, patient and respectful - took his time to explain things about the menu (allergies issue within the group). Unfortunately the salad bar didn't live up to our usual expectations from past experiences. Different salad items dropped in specific food sections, seemed tasteless or watered down (olives, beetroot and coleslaw) pesto pasta was quite nice. The hot food was quite good - my fish freshly cooked, crispy batter but again lacked seasoning. Gammon and chicken cooked nicely. Altogether decent but some room for improvement.

The food was rubbish we had breakfast it was cold and soggy. The staff were full of themselves....and slow at serving. It was a huge regret.

management seem to like to stand around and talk. we were visiting here for the day as live 2 hours away and found it disappointing, had to ask for desert menu and glass for drink was full lipstick. part of meal was pulled pork fries and they came wrong. poor service

usual good food from harvester except for one important mistake. we ordered 1 prawn dish and 1 mushroom dish for starters and the mushroom dish came with 2 prawns in it. the server was apologetic but neither of the two staff we told seemed to grab the gravity of the situation - if this had been fed to a vegetarian it would be really unprofessional. Also we asked for a glass of wine from the guy that brought the food but we didn't get it, not sure if it was his job but he could have passed the message on. Just little blips on what was the first eat out in ages but it bothered us a little.

My sons Mix grill a joke for the money did complain got money knocked off brie tart burnt salad bowl pathetic still had to pay I only ate a quarter of this meal first meal out of lock down disappointed doesn’t cut it really not many customers and they still got it wrong will not be recommending to any one else
