We recieved a lovely welcome by the waitress , her name was Charlie . She was very helpful , we didn’t have to wait long for our food to arrive and we all enjoyed our food . The whole experience was really good made even more enjoyable by our waitress , in fact all the staff were very friendly and helpful . Would definitely go there again

Good food with attention to detail. We were served by Jamie who was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. He had a pleasant friendly manner which put you at ease and relaxed to enjoy your meal.

Friendly helpful staff. Free salad bar was nice surprise. A few vegan options. Food was hot and tasted fine, not amazing but fine. I thought it might have been a bit cheaper being a Harvester but it is fairly standard prices. Nice environment with lit of light and we weren't on top of each other.

The senior lady is quite pushy in the order, is she the manager or boss? will not go again as dont want to see her. Other staff are helpful and cheerful, food is fair too, too bad she spoilt our mood.

Unfortunately we turned up as a group of ten and they did not have our booking. Even though I had booked through the fork and then also confirmed via the email they sent asking for confirmation hahaha. Anyway they found us a table and Jamie the server was exceptional. Made it work for us. Food was fine and the price was the same. Surprised by the 9.30pm closing though. Seems very early.

We arrived and had to wait five minutes to be seated in an empty restaurant, with the option of entering or exiting. I decided to take it upon ourselves to walk in and find a table. When we sat down, a waitress ran over and informed us that we should not have just wandered in and sat down. We were informed that we couldn't sit in the window and that we had to sit in the middle of the restaurant. I had specifically wanted a window seat to watch out for friends and family who were also attending the theatre. Only the staff members were present in the restaurant.I asked why, and I was told to sit down. The food arrived in good time. The garlic mushrooms looked like they had been squashed. The coating was of a wet consistency. The garlic bread was big chunks of bread with a drizzle of garlic on the top. The mains arrived. The portion sizes were not enough to feed a child. The Gammon however, was nicely cooked. The Scampi was ok but not the best. Sorry, to write a bad review, I wouldnt have written this review if I hadnt of recieved your correspondence inviting me to. The overall experience was poor. Sadly I will not be revisiting. This is such a shame since I regulary visit the theatre.

The service wasn’t very good. I had to go and find the waiter twice as he was not watching when we were ready to be served. The waiter was friendly enough. The chicken was nicely cooked but the dirty fries were awful and there was no lettuce on the salad bar. The bread rolls had been defrosted so tasted a little stale. I wouldn’t go back in a hurry.
