Unfortunately a really poor experience, usually very good but today very poor, the waitress was lovely and I felt sorry for her Lara did her best but my reasons below - I had booked 6 days in advance and when we arrived firstly had to wait 5 minutes before anyone came to the front desk - I was informed that the breakfast would not include any mushrooms due to them excepting a table of 14 people without a booking ! So meant they had run out of mushrooms, I could have accepted if I had not gave booked but his can you run out of mushrooms just because a walk in arrived? - they no longer do the build your own breakfast which now makes the breakfast choice expensive for the quality and we was not offered anything to replace the mushrooms, additionally you no longer get toast and jam or marmalade - you only get 1 slice of toast with your breakfast - we had to wait approximately 20 minutes for our drinks to arrive 4 hit drinks - the Yums I gave accumulated are not accepted which I find strange seeing as I booked through the fork platform Lara our waitress was very good and as I say felt sorry for her, no longer value for money 4 adults 4 breakfasts £57

Good wasn’t great, service well ok only Cleared half our table after we had finished. Fire alarm when off no communication from staff, when I asked a young lad (staff) who brought over dessert I said do we eat or leave, ge said I don’t know ifs up to you !! Wow more staff training needed. Halloumi. Fries over choked. I don’t think I’ll return

Tonight 7pm was not that busy in the restaurant so was upset when both meals came. We both had chicken that turned up very well done, dry. I did mention to Felix , he said he would tell chef. After dessert we were left for ages . I had to go find someone to arrange our bill to pay. Was disappointed with everything tonight . Coffee turned up no saucer ? I’m not a snob , yes for a mug but not as I had a cup.

The seating area was dirty & stained, the air con blowing into our faces. There was a lot of noise from the kitchen area, a male & female fooling about. The food was served on large platters, small potions & the plate was swamped in vegetables to give the appearance of a full plate. My cod I don't think was cod , the plate was swimming in oil & my wife's chicken was burned.

Our waitress, Chantelle was both professional and extremely friendly, She dealt with our dietary needs really well and without any fuss. The food arrived hot and the standard of produce was extremely good value.

4 things missing of salad bar rolls weren’t fresh got served old chips mixed with new chips chef told waitress to tell us there was a problem with them every other customer in there had lovely chips chef needs to stop lying

The staff were all very polite and extremely helpful. They opened a fire exit close to the table so my elderly mother could enter and exit the restaurant without having to walk to far to get to our table. Very polite and efficient service and very nice food.

Staff were very welcoming . There was no rush to order and get us to leave. The food on offer was very good. Offering set meals for a set price , even on a Friday night. Overall had a great evening . Thank you . The staff member that served us was excellent . Friendly , informative and just lovely

Terrible options for gluten free meals. No indication on the menu we were given a tablet and had to scroll through ourselves trying to work out what our two coeliacs could eat ! Most options were only GF because they would leave out items if the meals rather than replace with a GF option ! ie no GF bread, rolls, pasta on offer at all !!! So the burgers just came up as a burger with no roll ! The halloumi salad was drenched in so much dressing it was soggy and overpower any flavour, the fish cakes were Luke warm and tasteless, the rice tasteless and dry, the chicken wrap was requested plain and came up with mayonnaise and tomatoe sauce on it, so had to be remade. A chain this big should have it’s allergens catered for and have info on a menu rather than leaving it to the customer to read up all the individual ingredients of each meal to work out what they can eat. Won’t be returning !

I found it really uncomfortable that the poor young waitress still has to get up and serve our salad bowl for us, there was several large tables around us and this wastes a lot of her time and stops her from doing her job to its full potential the food had gone dry and was warm at best, but I guess this is due to the fact the poor waitress was serving the table of 10 sat behind me there salad. .

This is the 1st year my wife fought out of cancer and I wanted to do something nice for her so I booked your £18per head festival meal but as we arrived we noticed there were no Christmas decorations no festive music and we was handed menu's and when I asked for Christmas Dinner x 2 we was told there is no Turkey and they can make us something, they offered chicken so here's our meal dry chicken like rubber, carrots like rubber you can bend without breaking, cold Brussels the sweetcorn was not fresh. My wife left crying not eating nothing, now the young lady serving us did well to help but my wife was emotional and just did not want to chance another. We're not coming back sorry I used to love coming here....

We booked at short notice online, which was straight forward and quick to arrange. The restaurant looked freshly refitted and had a good ambience, the temperature was nice even though we sat by the door. The team was friendly and we were assisted by a main waitress and a younger female assisted with salad selection. The service was a good mixture of friendly and professional. The menu was very varied and each of the Five of us were able to select a suitable main and were applicable a lovely dessert. The prices are fair and the overall bill was acceptable. Overall good experience and happy to recommend to friends in the future.

With a family of 6 with ALL but 1 with severe anaphylaxia allergies the staff were incredible and no fuss or issue with any of the meals. The waiting staff were also very helpful
