10/10The young lady that met us at the waiting area, was kind and helpful. The waitress that was allocated to our table (Karla) was exceptionally and was always able to assist in our requests or better understanding of the menu options. I would have to say that these two individuals were what made the experience and evening more enjoyable and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have great food, great service and considerate staff to treat you like you matter!

8.5/10The restaurant was extremely understaffed. They worked soo hard, it was unbelievable. I hope they were both given a bonus. So saying , ,my meal was the hottest it has ever been. So perhaps they should try and keep the numbers down slightly to improve the service and quality of the food

5.5/10Good service but tasteless meal not cooked to my specification. Building needs renovating so view was impaired by scaffolding and herras fencing.

6/10Too many customers, not enough staff. Couldn't find my reservation even though I booked it in November and completed an email confirmation the night before. Food good, but service disappointing.

5.5/10We were greeted, by someone who was just doing his job. (What happened it used to be so lovely) There were 3 of us, when the food arrived mine was cold, unfortunately there was no one around to complain to. When eventually our waiter asked if everything was O.K. I had finished my lunch. He apologised. What happened to asking if all is O.K. within a few minutes of the food arriving?

10/10We arrived at the Shorehouse and were greeted by Glynn, who showed us our table. He attended all our needs. Explaining about the salad bar and drinks. We ordered our meals which arrived nice and hot well prepared and extremely tasteful. I will be going back as it was an excellent lunch no rushing,allowed to relax and enjoy your food.

10/10Service was impeccable. Perfectly timed to ask if I needed more olive oil for my salad. Never left waiting at the salad bar, always happy to help and the staff just made it the perfect experience. Food lovely, chips the best Iv had in a long time. Made our day

8/10We asked for no sauces and both dishes came with the sauce. The chicken on one dish wasn't edible, some dishes were cold. The beer also tasted watery and needed to be replaced.

9/10Very friendly, efficient staff and great food with good prices. Love the outside area and the inside bar where you can have drinks while you wait to be seated. Overall very good experience.

8.5/10Lovely smiling and cheerful staff, good food and very clean . Lovely location by the sea. We will definitely return. Great selection of vegetarian and vegan food too.

7/10Offers good value - Chicken skewers were very good. Apple crumble dessert wasn't all that however with crumble under cooked. Service was good - considering booked short notice - staff very helpful.

10/10Molly served us at The shore house harvester, she was fantastic. Very efficient and helpful! She was polite and cheery and made our over all experience good! Good, friendly staff make happy customers! And today myself and my partner left the harvester feeling very satisfied with the service and food we received! We will definitely be retiring soon! Thankyou!
