10/10The waitress was really lovely she was so pleasant could ask for a better service the barman could do with a bit of a talking to as he was not very nice but overall we enjoyed our meal very nice

8/10Having booked for 19:00 and arrived a few minutes early, I was advised by the staff that, in fact there was no booking for us. After my insistence, it was found that they did have a booking for me but it was at 17:00. Somewhere between booking (and receiving a confirmation of the booking) with the Fork and the Harvester booking system, the booking time changed by two hours. Fortunately, the restaurant was able to find us a table, but is was a real pit of a table: a round one with continuous seating where there was barely room to breathe, let alone move. It was awful. The serving staff was lovely and the food was, in the main, good. I ordered the £20 sirloin steak which was cooked to perfection. Well, 60% of it was. The remainder was grisle. It was a disappointing experience, where it really should have been a good one.

9/10Welcoming and helpful staff. Food good but we're advised some fresh fruit items not available. Full English breakfast was gluten free (only gluten free option), but some GF toast would have been nice.

6/10The chicken for my son was raw in the middle. My son is too young to know the difference but I realised something wasn't right after he started eating. I just hope he doesn't have an allergic reaction to this. The service where helpful and this was deducted from the bill, but as a train chef myself I feel this is not acceptable

7/10The chicken was slimy so I couldn't face it . I didn't mention it as I had eaten enough so I took it home for the dog who had no complaint .our waitress kathy was top class and super friendly. I know she would jave sorted out any issues but I really didn't want to upset anyone

3.5/10Had to wait ages to even be acknowledged when we arrived. Staff were not interested. Salad was fine but not much variety . Steak was over cooked and very tough . No check back about food . Wasn't offered deserts . Had to find staff member to pay as no one came back to table at all

8.5/10Table of 6. Our waitress Ebony was so patient and was excellent with us, such a good worker. The food was very good and full of flavour. The salad bar is as you would expect.

5/10Service was good but salad bar was very low and had no coleslaw on whitch the waitress said they ran out the day before can’t understand why we were not allowed to help our selves to this like before covid and I find the food is never hot at the rowlands castle branch
